Festival of Trees – November 2006 – 1st Place Judges Award and 3rd Place Peoples Choice Award. 22nd Annual HealthEast Foundation Festival of Trees located in St. Paul Minnesota. In 2006 more than 1,400 people attended to help raise more than $340,000 for the Parkinson's Center at Bethesda Hospital. Governor's Fishing Opener – May 2008 – In May of 2008 Governor Jim Doyle visited the area for the statewide Wisconsin fishing opener. Maryam Field put together and decorated a gift basket filled with gourmet treats produced locally. The gift basket was then hand delivered to the Governor when he arrived.
